Major renovation work was proposed to animate a rather dull structure. The intervention aimed at truly giving the building a unique architectural identity so it stands out and reflects its purpose. The existing structure was clad with a variety of materials, and a new adjacent tower-like structure was built. Both elements are connected with a steel bridge.

This building was part of the proposed masterplan to develop the physical environment and public image of the cement factory.
The design of the logo and its application was done in a later stage.
Client: Khalaf Nsheiwat
Area: 7,168 m2
This project was designed for the main offices of “Khalaf Stores” on the southern outskirts of Amman. The objective was to have a building that reflects a decent image of this established company. Interior design and landscaping was also incorporated.
